to the 2nd International Vintage Volkswagen Event in Wolfach/Black ForestEvent date: 14. - 17. June 2018 Event location:: 77709 Wolfach Participation fee: for each vehicle incl. driver 60,- Euro each additional person (from the age of 13) 40,- Euro Children till the age of 12 are free. In the participation fee, the following services are included: - one participation badge for each vehicle (20 €) - start nunber (6 €) - joint excursions with coffee & cake (10 €) - free entry to the Black Forest folkloric evening including "Vesper" (traditional Black Forest dinner, 32 €) - free entry to the museum (3 €) and Dorotheenhütte (5 €)
For a small expenses contribution of 15,- € for each night and participant, we offer a camping area including restrooms..
Audiences are heartly welcome at the festival area and have free entry. Outside the premises we also offer parking facilities. Registration: Registration is only possible via the registration form, that has to be returned via post to the event organizer. As the number of participants is limited, we recommend to fix your participation as soon as possible. The following vehicles are welcome: all air-cooled Volkswagen like beetle (built in or before 1957), Karmann-Ghia, Porsche and buses (built in or before 1967) Additional vehicles on request.
It is not essential to be member of the Brezelfenstervereinigung. Participation at the original parts market: The registration for participation at the original parts market will be separat - see below the menu item
